(SKU: LSB1000445) This is a copy of the Samadhi Buddha statue, which was first built in Sri Lanka at Watadageya in the Polonnaruwa region in the 12th century A.D. It is said that the Buddha attained his first enlightenment while meditating in the position known as the Dhyana Mudra, which is how this statue is portrayed. This Buddha statue has hair that is particularly distinctive when compared to the hair on other Buddha statues, as it does not have any curly hair. The original structure has a total height of 6 feet, 3 inches, and is constructed out of dolomite marble.
