Also known as Sembu Nerenchi, it is a ground-growing vine found in many of the hottest countries in the world. The vine is placed parallel to the ground. Grows to about 60 cm. Located with bumps and visible high spines. These thorns come from the hooves of cows, so the Heen Nerenchi plant is also known by the Sanskrit word gokshura. Nerenchi Zygophyllaceae has many medicinal uses.

In the treatment of diseases such as malnutrition, hemorrhoids, worms, heart disease, edema, asthma, tuberculosis, abortion, urinary stones, urinary incontinence, pulse weakness, rheumatism, gynecological diseases, pain, etc. Uses nuts, seeds and the whole plant. It has anti-inflammatory and anti-worm properties.

Seeds are beneficial for the development of urination, coughing, mood swings, eye strain and breastfeeding. The leaves and seeds are used as an herbal remedy for anemia, diarrhea, postpartum hemorrhage and as a herbal supplement. Also benificial for kidney disease, rapid mood swings, excess phosphate excretion with urine, gonorrhea, chronic bladder inflammation, urinary stones, irregular urination, urinary incontinence, pain in infants, impotence, complete uterine disease.
