Highlighting the history and legendary tales of Sri Lanka, this cycling trail from Sigiriya is a perfect way to explore and learn. More of a cross country tour, with mountain bikes and a tour guide provided, this cycling expedition takes you along an 18km trail through a breathtaking countryside with views of the magnificent Sigiriya Rock Fortress. You will pass through paddy fields, rivers, villages and various flora and fauna that are native to that particular part of the island while you will surely be in awe of the ruins of the old kingdom which was later used as a monastery.
